Your role in the Team
As a Release Manager, you will be working closely with various IT, Service Management, and Business functions.
Your primary focus would be on planning, coordination, and execution of IG major releases.
What you’ll do
As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for:
Work closely with service owners, project managers, Business, and other functions to properly scope and plan the execution of the changes.
Identify and clarify dependencies, manage conflicts between changes, andunderstand the impact of the change on our production environment.
Make sure adequate controls are being followed.
Coordinate implementation of changes during the release window.
Deliver release summary and other reports.
Champion our processes and tools.

What you’ll need for this role
We are looking for an individual who will show experience in:
planning and coordinating major releases
managing complex deployments under the pressure of time
strong interpersonal and communication skills
working closely with application and infrastructure teams
understand ITIL practices
performing data analysis and reporting
ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Office
You will be expected to understand the role of other Service Management functions, such as Change, Incident, Problem Management, Risk and Control, Internal Audit, etc.
Experience in a regulated industry, like Finance, would be a plus.
