Your responsibilities:

• Client Understanding: Back office support only.
  
  Taking over general administrative tasks.

• Expert Support: Provide online support for specific cases

• Customer Satisfaction: Achieving and ensuring the quality standards.

Your skills:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English, written and verbal.

• Experience: Affinity with back office services.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy to resolve challenges.

• Professional Approach: A solutions-driven mindset and goal-oriented work approach.

• Proficiency in Tools: Excellent computer skills necessary for speed and quality of work.

• Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required.
