We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) whose role will be to actively engage with our current customer base to identify and develop new business opportunities.
You will be a key player in deepening customer relationships and supporting them in maximizing the potential of Livespace.
In your role as a Customer Success Manager, you'll empower customers to fully utilize the system.

Your key tasks will be:
Collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers to ensure a consistent customer experience.
NRR and churn
Expansion MRR and renewal rate
Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in customer service, technical support, or a hotline.
Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
Ability to actively listen and ask pertinent questions.
Independent and proactive.
Polish: Native** (spoken/ written).
English: Conversational (B2).
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contacts simultaneously.
