THE WORK:
Join our Salesforce team as a Solution Architect supporting a project in the telecommunications sector.
You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored for the B2B Telco market.
Your role will involve managing stakeholder requirements, ensuring architectural integrity, and solving technical challenges across marketing, sales, contracting, fulfillment, and service processes.
You will work with advanced Salesforce technologies including CPQ tools and contribute to high-quality technical documentation and business analysis.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce technologyStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience with CPQ tools – preferably Vlocity or CongaDeep understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and optimizationAbility to manage stakeholder requirements and maintain architectural integrityBasic knowledge of integration topicsComfort working with processes such as marketing campaigns, B2B sales, contracting, fulfillment, and service requestsProficiency in Polish and EnglishAbility to produce high-quality technical documentationExperience in analyzing business requirements
