Job Description
You will guide, challenge and inspire client solutions based on the Salesforce products, facilitating workshops, leading business requirements discovery and analysis, supporting estimation and prioritization, proposing improvements and automation through native Salesforce features and customizations
You will drive functional project delivery from the functional perspective, ensure continuous alignment and transparency between the client and the delivery teams
A Salesforce Business Consultant will present project progress and results, promote value-driven and data-driven approach, analyse, present and monitor business outcomes using metrics
You will do pre-sales activities, leading offer submissions and RFP responses, partnering with Salesforce account executives and sales engineers to optimise the solutions
Hands-on Salesforce products and platform configuration will be part of your job

We have networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions.Successfully completed university degree in business, economics, marketing, computer science, engineering, mathematics or comparable coursesPrevious client exposure as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst earned in a software project delivery context and willingness to dive deep into Salesforce through intense training, hands-on configuration experience and certificationYou have a positive, pro-active and outgoing attitude backed by highly developed interpersonal skills which allow you to interact with a diverse audience from business stakeholders to technical architects and developersA broad understanding of modern technology concepts, familiarity with Salesforce or other low-code platforms will be an additional asset You have experience with Design Thinking tools and techniques will be beneficialFluent English is a must, German will be a great bonusAvailability to work in a remote/hybrid mode.
