We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer (Lead Developer) who will act both as a hands-on developer and code reviewer within a cross-functional team.
This individual will take technical ownership of Salesforce customizations and lead a small development team.
The role involves implementing Sales, Service, and CPQ (and possibly Revenue Cloud) solutions for a client in the Energy & Utilities sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Revenue Cloud experience is a plus).
Deliver hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom integrations.
Perform regular code reviews and enforce Apex best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Act as the technical lead for a small team of Salesforce developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Collaborate with two experienced Salesforce Architects and use them as sparring partners for technical solutioning.
Own the end-to-end delivery of custom features and integrations with ERP, Work Order Management, and Asset Management systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Salesforce Developer, with strong hands-on Apex development skills.
Deep understanding of Apex frameworks, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
Strong experience building custom REST services and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Prior involvement in complex integration projects with backend systems (ERP, Work Order Management, Asset Management).
Ability to lead a team of developers, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
Experience working in or delivering solutions to the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus.
