SAP Program Delivery Manager
What this role is about?
The SAP Delivery Center within the IT Global Development Center, is accountable for the overall delivery of all SAP-related projects.
The SAP Program Delivery Manager is a key role inside the IT SAP Program management team responsible for SAP Release delivery, SAP Cloud and On-premise landscape management, SAP Project integration, and application lifecycle management.
You will coordinate multiple projects and reconcile the interdependencies among them, provide strategic guidance to the company’s project managers, facilitate communication among a program’s cross-functional team, and ensure projects follow IT policies and quality gates.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of SAP systems and cutovers in the scope of the SAP releases, managing SAP program and landscape delivery, defining SAP cloud solutions release strategies and governance, maintaining JTI SAP Archiving policies, and/or SAP change and transport management across SAP landscapes.
The success of the role is measured by having clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, delivering tasks as per the schedule, and having no impact on the movement to production.
In the wide JTI landscape, this role needs to have the ability to adapt the plan to the business demands to adopt new market requirements.
To carry out the duties of this position, it is essential to have strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills focused on win-win solutions

In the case of behavioural test, you will be subject to profiling.
