- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, including global or multi-country rollouts.
- At least 6 years of SAP experience in international environments.

- In-depth knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse processes, inventory management, physical/cycle counts, and handling of batch/sterile products.
- Proven track record in cross-functional solution governance and end-to-end process management.
- Strong background in SAP ECC6 EHP-7 (or later); HANA experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP WM, IM, MM and integrations with SD, PP, and FI/CO modules.
- Project delivery experience, including enhancements and small-scale initiatives.
- People management experience, leading direct reports and small project teams.
