DemoX collaborates with pre-sales Solutions Consultants to customize and extend existing proof of concepts, build and maintain reusable assets shared globally and work with Product Managers, Product Engineers, Professional Services and clients to influence the direction of the product.

What You'll Do at Pega:
You’ll be part of a team responsible for deploying our demo environments into reusable cloud instances and supporting the internal Pega Sales staff who use those cloud instances.
Utilize, create and maintain SOPs where applicable to improve efficiency.
You’ll engage with both cloud technology, Pega’s proprietary technology and additional tools and scripts in your efforts to achieve the goal of allowing our client-facing teams to deliver smoothest demos possible.
Demo Support team members:
Monitor the Demo Support inbox and perform first/second level support for these requests as per documented procedures, adhering to documented SLAs as best as possible, but also collaborating with additional teams for escalations and fast delivery;Image Creation, Management, and Distribution;Manage a library of demo environments - AWS template images;Assist with creating and maintaining instances on our reserved instance demo platform.
Includes configuration of Pega applications (from documentation) for demo readiness;Create and update images as needed, icluding OS updates, security enhancements, new proprietary products, etc;Typical requests include: creation, monitoring, deletion, “lift and shift”, troubleshooting of demo instances as well as related tasks such as issuing digital access keys, engaging with a multitude of third party integrations, assisting Sales staff with demo building, etc;End user support for these environments primarily includes support for network, OS, database, webserver configuration/deployment, and proprietary software install.Who You Are:

2-4 years of experience in a field related to Technical Support, Solutions Engineering or DevOps Database/DB Admin;Technical knowledge or some work experience/exposure in the following fields:Linux power userFamiliarity with Cloud technologiesApache Tomcat suiteDocker & Kubernetes – nice to haveNetworking principles (firewalls, routing)Good scripting skills, for example Python, BashPega Offers You:
