Could you be the full-time Project Senior Document Controller in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and documentation management expertise in a cutting-edge field.
You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless management of project documentation, playing a pivotal role in meeting project milestones and ensuring compliance with internal and contractual requirements.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering, and quality teams), monitor documentation workflows, and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing the Documentation Management Plan within the project organization, but also ensuring the availability and proper categorization of all project documentation.
We’ll look to you for:
Implementing the Documentation Management Plan within the project organization
Ensuring the availability of all project documentation
Categorizing technical and management documents in line with Alstom's internal rules and project needs
Managing the timely delivery of documentation to the customer
Alerting the project management team to upcoming documentation-related milestones
Monitoring the documentation status for the customer and stakeholders

Proficiency in English communication
