**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex projects and programs from conception through delivery, aligning cross-functional teams and resources to achieve business objectives.

This strategic role shapes project vision and ensures seamless execution across multiple initiatives.

**What You Will Do**

+ Develop, lead, and deliver large-scale projects and programs from start to finish.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/program goals and success criteria.
+ Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Oversee the work of project managers and team leads.
+ Report program status to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
+ Drive process improvements and promote program management best practices.
+ Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and safety standards.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
+ 8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects/programs.
+ Demonstrated leadership and team management ability.
+ Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Expert knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
