How You Will Make an Impact
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Arla’s digital landscape, securing stability, high quality support and future optimization.
You will join a team based in Denmark and Poland with Stakeholders around the world.
Your key responsibilities include maintaining and upgrading the platform twice a year, providing 2nd level support via the IT Service Desk, and resolving complex incidents.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll offer expert guidance to the business while collaborating with internal and external specialists.
You’ll also support your team by sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
