Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What you'll be doing

Our client is one of the biggest network of independent companies worldwide for over 70 years, all of which are leading providers of asset-servicing solutions to the global alternative investment industry.

With $1.8+ trillion in AuA and operations across 36 countries with over 50 office locations. They are looking for a skilled Sharepoint Administrator to join the team.

You will work as part of the M365 Centre of Excellence Team and act as a key liaison with Business, Security, Operations and Architecture stakeholders to support and administer the existing SharePoint Online/2019/2016/Teams/PowerPlatform Infrastructure.

How you’ll spend your day

• Administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams and PowerPlatform across multiple geolocations.
• Working with server-side administration and troubleshooting of SharePoint Server on-prem.
• Form creation using PowerApps and workflow development using PowerAutomate.
• Development of new custom user interfaces within SharePoint using SPFx, and support of legacy custom interfaces built using InfoPath & HTML/JavaScript
• Migrations from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online using ShareGate.
• Ability to implement, administer and maintain multiple SharePoint farms.
• Design and maintain key performance metrics for all SharePoint sites & PowerPlatform environments and regularly report them to management with recommendations for improvement.
• Managing the site layout structure and content.
  
  Experience in managing site rights and permissions.
• Deploying, configuring, and managing new site collections and associated sub-sites.
• Managing content databases and creating new ones as required.
• Experience with planning and organizing SPO/M365 administration activities.
• Experience with SharePoint workflow, Nintex workflow, & content management. 
• Experience with monitoring usage, including access, load, and usability issues.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork, working relationships with others, a self-directed approach to learning new technologies in the field, pursue professional development and take personal ownership.

You'll be successful if you have

• 8 years’ experience in related field, with at least 5 years as a SharePoint administrator or PowerPlatform administrator. 
• 3 years’ JavaScript development experience, preferably SPFx.
• Experience in SharePoint Online / O365, Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, MS Teams, Azure., HTML, CSS, SCSS, jQuery, JavaScript, NodeJS, Microsoft SharePoint Designer, Microsoft InfoPath, REST & SOAP, IIS Web Server, SQL Server, Windows PowerShell.
• Experience using and building forms & workflows and integrating SharePoint with external systems.
• Experience with modern web development techniques, and experience with building web user interfaces.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams & PowerPlatform governance best practices.
• Knowledgeable of the differences between sites, site collections, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and know when and how to use them.
• Knowledge and experience with SharePoint customization using Site Definitions, SharePoint Templates and development of custom web parts.
• Proven SharePoint & PowerPlatform administration capability.
  
  Certification is a plus.
