**About the role:**

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will contribute to our digital transformation initiatives by developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires foundational technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, familiarity with ServiceNow’s ITSM, ServOps, HRSD and Asset Management modules, and the ability to execute tasks that meet defined business requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Assist in the development and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
+ Collaborate with other ServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts to understand requirements and implement solutions as designed.
+ Perform customization and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
+ Develop client-side and server-side scripts to enhance existing functionality.
+ Ensure solutions are developed following established security and compliance standards.
+ Participate in the testing and deployment phases of the software development lifecycle.
+ Maintain and update technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
+ Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to quality assurance.
+ Actively learn the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.

**About you:**

+ 1 to 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
+ Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client and server-side scripting and application UI configuration.
+ Experience working with basic workflows in the ServiceNow platform (preferably ITSM).
+ JavaScript, Glide Script, knowledge and exposureto HTML/CSS.
+ Foundational system integration experience using web services such as REST/SOAP is a plus.
+ Knowledge of basic software development principles.
+ Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members.
+ Certifications in ServiceNow modules are highly regarded, but not required.

**Education Requirements/Qualification:**

+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - highly desired
+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - a plus
