We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next.
The work is challenging – but it matters.
You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong.
What's in it for you?
Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
**What You’ll Build**

Working in an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with experienced developers, architects, and designers to deliver incremental improvements every sprint.
Your work will directly impact how our teams and clients interact with key systems — improving performance, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
You’ll gain first-hand experience with SCRUM practices, taking part in planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions, while learning how modern software products evolve from idea to deployment.
**What You Bring**
You bring a solid foundation in frontend development and a genuine curiosity to grow your technical and collaboration skills.
You’re comfortable writing JavaScript (ES6 ) and React code, managing versions in Git, and learning from code reviews and pair-programming.
You approach problems with an analytical mindset, value clean and maintainable code, and thrive in an iterative, feedback-driven environment.
Essential skills:
+ Practical knowledge of JavaScript and React (hooks, state management, component structure)
+ Basic understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests)
+ Eagerness to learn Agile/SCRUM processes and work in cross-functional team
+ Proficiency in Polish and English
Nice-to-have (and learn-on-the-job):
+ Experience in Next.js framework
+ Familiarity with SAP UI5 or similar component libraries
+ Awareness of Java/Spring Boot integrations
+ Interest in UI performance and refactoring best practices
Your curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to experiment will be your biggest assets here — not just years of experience.
**Where You Belong**
You’ll join a collaborative, open-minded development team that values learning, experimentation, and mutual support.
We celebrate initiative — students are treated as real contributors, not interns fetching coffee.
You’ll have access to experienced mentors who will help you strengthen your technical craft and agile skills, while contributing to real deliverables that matter.
Our culture emphasizes ownership, respect, and continuous improvement — we learn from each sprint, celebrate small wins, and support each other’s professional growth.
If you enjoy solving problems, learning fast, and making an impact in a team that builds meaningful digital products — this is the place for you.
