Key responsibilities
- Develop and integrate virtual ECUs for SIL environment, based on AUTOSAR architecture 
 - Build interfaces between the SIL environment and plant models, communication buses, and test automation tools 
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute simulation strategies 
 - Optimize simulation performance and fidelity for large-scale system integration 
 - Analyze and debug SIL infrastructure issues 
 - Document architecture, workflows, and usage guidelines for internal teams 
 
What we are looking for
- Engineering background in embedded systems, software development, or simulation 
 - Proficiency in C for embedded software development 
 - Solid understanding of embedded systems and AUTOSAR architecture 
 - Ability to work with version control systems (e.g. Git) 
 - Good communication skills in English 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SYNOPSYS Silver or similar virtualization tool 
 - Familiarity with Simulink, plant modelling, or FMI/FMU-based simulation 
 - Comfort with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) 
 - Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN and LIN, including signal-level behavior (Tx/Rx) 
 - Exposure to AUTOSAR configuration artifacts like ARXML, A2L, and NVM definitions 
 - Familiarity with build systems (e.g. Make, CMake) and cross-compilation for host execution

Recruitment process
- CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.
 - Phone Interview (approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background, expectations, and answer any preliminary questions.
 - Technical Interview(s) (1 to 1.5 hours, one or two rounds) - Conducted in English with the manager and an additional team member, this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
The interview can be held via Teams or at our office. - Final Interview (45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps.
