Kadr i Płac

Miejsce pracy: Wieluń

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie dokumentów kadrowych, przygotowywanie UOP, przygotowywanie dokumentów Związanych z zatrudnieniem oraz zwolnieniem pracownika,
  • Zarządzanie i aktualizacja danych kadrowo-płacowych,
  • Rozliczanie czasu pracy w systemie podstawowym i równoważnym ,
  • Naliczanie wynagrodzeń wraz z należnościami do ZUS i US.
  • Deklaracje PFRON, PPK,GUS,ZUS
  • Rozliczanie umów cywilno-prawnych,
  • Nadzór nad badaniami lekarskimi, szkoleniami BHP,
  • Roczne rozliczenia - PIT 11, IMIR.
  • Ustalanie uprawnień urlopowych.
  • Wdrażanie zachodzących zmian w przepisach prawa pracy,
  • Analiza kosztów wynagrodzeń,
  • Sporządzanie raportów na potrzeby Spółki,
  • Współpraca z działem księgowości.
  • Współpraca z instytucjami ZUS,US,URZĄD PRACY

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Doświadczenie w naliczaniu wynagrodzeń oraz zasiłków chorobowych (przygotowywanie Z-3).
  • Doświadczenie w zatrudnianiu cudzoziemców.
  • Dobra znajomość przepisów prawa pracy, ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz podatku dochodowego od osób fizycznych.
  • Obsługa Płatnika
  • Chęć do nauki
  • Komunikatywność, umiejętność pracy w zespole
