Specjalista ds. obsługi klienta Job Opening In Warsaw – Now Hiring Bruno Tassi Sp. z o.o.


Job description

Bruno Tassi jest jednym z ogólnopolskich liderów branży dystrybucyjnej.

Niezmiennie od 33 lat świadczymy najwyższej jakości usługi dystrybucyjne dla naszych Klientów.

Obsługujemy miesięcznie ponad 10.000 Partnerów, generując obrót około miliarda złotych, zatrudniając ponad 500 osób w 12 lokalizacjach.

Do Twoich zadań będą należeć m.in.:



  • przyjmowanie i wpisywanie zamówień od klientów do systemu magazynowego,

  • utrzymywanie i rozwijanie współpracy z klientami,

  • telefoniczny kontakt z klientem - reklamacje,

  • segregacja i archiwizacja dokumentów księgowych,

  • kompleksowa obsługa klientów firmy,

  • ustalanie cenników zakupowych,

  • praca w godzinach 8.00 - 16.00


 


Nasze wymagania:



  • minimum roczne doświadczenie w pracy w dziale obsługi klienta,

  • praktyczna znajomość obiegu dokumentów magazynowych,

  • bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi MsOffice,

  • znajomość programu Comarch XL,

  • swobodne nawiązywanie relacji z klientami,

  • odporność na stres,

  • dokładność i sumienność.
