**Twoje zadania będą obejmować:**

+ Prowadzenie projektów w ramach przydzielonych budżetów inwestycyjnych, ukierunkowanych na utrzymanie i rozwój infrastruktury zakładu,
+ Wsparcie merytoryczne i realizację działań związanych z bieżącym utrzymaniem infrastruktury,
+ Nadzór i koordynację prac firm zewnętrznych realizujących zlecenia na terenie zakładu,
+ Zapewnienie zgodności prowadzonych projektów z przepisami prawa budowlanego oraz wymogami korporacyjnymi,
+ Przygotowywanie specyfikacji i zapytań ofertowych,
+ Aktualizację dokumentacji budynkowej i infrastrukturalnej,
+ Wsparcie wewnętrznych procesów administracyjnych firmy.

**Wymagane kwalifikacje:**

+ Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane kierunki: instalacje sanitarne, elektryczne lub pokrewne),
+ Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu projektów inwestycyjnych,
+ Bardzo dobra znajomość prawa budowlanego,
+ Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min.

+ Umiejętność czytania specyfikacji, dokumentacji i rysunków technicznych,
+ Zdolność samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów technicznych,
+ Terminowość, orientacja na wyniki i sprawne podejmowanie decyzji,
+ Bardzo dobra znajomość programów AutoCAD oraz MS Office.
