We are currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Analytics Manager to join our team at one of our manufacturing sites in Poland or in Hungary (Gniezno / Namysłów/ Fertőd).
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our global operations strategy and driving impactful business decisions.
Your Role:
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our global Operations & Supply strategy and the strategic direction of our divisions and plants.
Although this position is not connected with being a People Manager, you will lead a global network of strategy leads, delivering strategy execution at a plant level and driving high-impact data analysis to support decisions on portfolio allocation, investments, cost and operational improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Framework and methods for Divisions and Production Companies to create long term strategy plan per plant.
Drive annual strategy deployment process across Divisions and Production Companies in collaboration with Strategy & PMO team, Division Strategy and local Strategy & Operations Analytics specialistsLead the Global Strategy & Operations Analytics network to drive cost and operational improvements (identify opportunities, conduct business analysis, support project execution)Develop and drive roadmap for methods and tools for operations analyticsSteering and performing gap analysis in Operations tool landscapeConceptualization of approach including visualization and detailed descriptionDrive implementation of new approach and global roll-outFoster a data-driven culture across the organizationPromote strategic thinking and structured problem-solvingBuild strong, collaborative relationships across functions and geographiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—from shop floor to executive leadershipEmbrace and lead change, balancing innovation with continuityChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of your workYour Qualifications
A holistic understanding of business with an innovative, challenge-the-status-quo mindsetStrong knowledge of supply chain and production processesAdvanced business analytical and financial modeling skillsExperience in project management and strategic planningFluent in English (spoken and written)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant fieldWillingness to travel approximately 40–50 days per yearWhat We Offer
