What is the Global Trade Services Team responsible for?
This team oversees trade settlements and ensures smooth operational execution across global markets.
Team members collaborate closely with brokers, custodians, and internal departments to maintain high-quality service and timely delivery.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Supervisor - Security Settlements?
You will supervise daily tasks and initiatives of the Fails Management team.
You will coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure smooth trade execution.
You will identify process improvements and lead their implementation.
You will support staff development through regular feedback.
You will act as subject matter expert in cross-department projects.
You will manage operational risks and enforce team policies.
You will set team goals and priorities.
You will coach and develop team members.
You will manage performance and support recruitment.
You will implement new workflows and processes.
You will monitor market changes and assess impact.
You will maintain roadmaps for settlement functions.
You will improve straight-through processing (STP) rates and reduce risk scores
