  • Tworzenie strategii rekrutacyjnej we współpracy z HR Managerem, odpowiedzialność za realizację planu zatrudnienia

  • Zarządzanie zespołem rekruterów

  • Odpowiedzialność za prowadzenie kluczowych rekrutacji wyższego szczebla

  • Opracowanie i wdrażanie strategii rozwoju talentów zgodnie z celami biznesowymi firmy

  • Tworzenie planów adaptacji i rozwoju kompetencji z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych narzędzi HR

  • Projektowanie i realizacja programów szkoleniowych, mentoringowych oraz planów rozwoju kariery wraz z cykliczną analizą efektywności

  • Prowadzenie szkoleń wewnętrznych

  • Monitorowanie trendów w obszarze zarządzania talentami i wprowadzanie innowacji w programach rozwojowych
