Your Impact
Deliver expert-level technical assistance to resolve critical hardware and software issues at a solution levelApply analytical skills and technical knowledge to tackle moderate to high complexity product and network problemsUtilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problemsProvide systems/product training internally and externally, and develop knowledge base materialsCollaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfactionMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science/Electrical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience with 3-5 years total networking experience3-5 years of experience providing remote troubleshooting to global customers in Routing/Switching or Wireless technologiesFundamental technical knowledge of computer and networking industry, products, and protocolsUnderstanding of Campus Architectures, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)Understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, ISIS, and LISPPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Linux and microservices systemsBasic programming/scripting skills, preferably PythonKnowledge of security in campus networks including Radius, , and Cisco Trustsec (CTS)Expert-level knowledge and exposure to Cisco Wireless products (WLC & APs) or Cisco Catalyst platforms (Cat3k, Cat6k, Cat9k)CCNP level or CCIE certification in Routing and Switching, Wireless or Security
