About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Support Engineer – Software to support our Warehouse Execution Software (WES) and local IT infrastructure in a fully automated warehouse.
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for FORTNA‘s local Customer.
You’ll monitor the WES performance from the control room, resolve operational incidents, and implement system updates, working closely with operations, controls, and engineering teams.
This includes utilizing your experience in software development, coding, networking, and customer facing technical support.
In this role, you will be collaborating with numerous internal and external engineering and operational department to address and resolve customer issues quickly.
