Technical Support Specialist with German | Technology/Energy Sector
For our client – an international company operating in the modern technology sector – we are currently recruiting for the position of Technical Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone and online channels in German and English
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems and devices
- Document support cases and collaborate with technical teams
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Basic technical background (e.g. electrical engineering, electronics, IT, technical devices)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Motivation to grow in the field of technical support
