What we are looking for:
Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Information Technology or similar Min. 3 years of experience with responsibility for business-critical IT applications Good functional and technical knowledge of procurement tools will be an asset Business intelligence skills in the field of procurement Project management skills Good knowledge of SAP will be an advantage Good command of English both written and spoken Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work Strong analytical and conceptual mind set Numeric skills Flexibility and adaptability Team player Service orientation Strong technical knowledge to drive automation
Responsibilities:
We're in search of a proactive Procurement Tool Manager with a wealth of experience to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll oversee the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of our procurement tools and systems on a global scale Your contributions will be vital in enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance across our procurement operations. You'll also be responsible for managing the budget allocated for procurement tools and related initiatives, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment Beyond budget management, you'll provide strategic guidance on key transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing procurement processes and facilitating organizational growth. This may involve leading digital transformation projects, reengineering processes, and implementing new technologies to drive innovation in procurement operations You will lead the implementation and integration of new procurement tools and systems, ensuring seamless adoption across various departments and stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teamsto define requirements, customize configurations, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience The role is responsible for oversee the maintenance, administration, and regular updates of existing procurement tools and systems, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and system reliability You will also develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to educate users on procurement tools, processes, and best practices Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies governing procurement processes and data security Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate product offerings, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships effectively
