The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst – BUR (Business Unit Readiness) Lead to spearhead large, complex projects and programs within our dynamic environment . This role is integral to leading multiple workstreams, ensuring meticulous project management, and driving success across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Readiness Assessment & Planning to identify gaps (process, procedures, workflows, trainings, employee readiness), develop and manage comprehensive readiness plan to get business unit ready for transition.
- Lead and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of BUR progress.
- Plan Model Office Testing & Post Implementation Support: validate that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date; oversee smooth transition to BAU after the go-live.
- Mentor and guide team members, cultivating high-performance project management culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects or programs with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Previous experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
- Readiness to work late shifts, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate US working hours. Preferably till pm CET.
