Zajmuje się dostarczaniem wysokiej jakości rozwiązań dla klientów i kładzie nacisk na efektywność operacyjną oraz zgodność z najwyższymi standardami zarządzania.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie zespołem odpowiedzialnym za procesy kadrowo-płacowe
  • Nadzór nad przygotowywaniem dokumentacji pracowniczej i płacowej
  • Zapewnienie zgodności działań z przepisami prawa pracy i wewnętrznymi politykami firmy
  • Przygotowywanie raportów GUS, ZUS,
  • Obsługa PPK,
  • Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników efektywności w obszarze administracji personalnej
  • Praca na nowoczesnych narzędziach kadrowo-płacowych (system TETA)
  • Reprezentowanie firmy podczas audytów i kontroli związanych z obszarem HR
  • Zapewnienie bieżącego wsparcia merytorycznego dla członków zespołu
  • Współpraca z zespołem Compensation & Benefits oraz kadrą managerską i zarządem

Wymagania pracodawcy

  • Min.

    5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku lidera/ koordynatora/ kierownika kadr i płac
  • Wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, finansów, prawa lub pokrewne
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów prawa pracy, ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz zasad związanych z naliczaniem wynagrodzeń
  • Doświadczenie w branży przemysłowej lub produkcyjnej - mile widziane
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i efektywnej komunikacji
  • Znajomość systemów kadrowo-płacowych oraz narzędzi analitycznych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomoś MS office, w szczególności Excel
  • Orientacja na szczegóły i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
