Proficient in writing high-quality C code Thorough understanding of Electronics and Hardware Systems Proficiency in widely used platforms (ST, SiLabs, NXP, TI), interfaces, and protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, Modbus) Extensive experience with CAN and CANbus Familiarity with FreeRTOS and bootloaders Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems, including software debugging on actual hardware and resolving hardware issues Upper-Intermediate level of English Willingness to travel for business purposes WOULD BE A PLUS:
Practical exposure to Automotive Processes (ASPICE) Practical knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO26262) Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic Previous work experience in software engineering for real-time embedded systems, automotive electronics, or Battery Management Systems Experience with inductive charging systems

Develop software components using Automotive standards in C language Contribute to the creation of technical project documentation and user manuals Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with customers and their partners Adhere to the project’s best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria Provide regular progress reports aligned with the project and company requirements Identify and propose improvements for current development deficiencies, procedures, engineering practices, and environment configurations Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager Enhance expertise through attendance at training courses, seminars, or educational programs within relevant fields
