Responsibilities
Responsible for running the site in terms of operational management,
The provision, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a safe, healthy and constructive working environment for the plant operations team
Provide motivational and inspirational leadership to the management team
Coach and mentor direct reports to be effective leaders of their functions and to support the top-level operations objectives
Ensure effective communication at all levels within the operations team and cross functionally to all areas of the site
Review performance against operating plans
Monitor division performance against performance goals to ensure that objectives are being met and take corrective action if necessary
Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction. Communicate and educate employees to embrace business's Lean transformation programs
Own the top-level continuous improvement plan for plant operations focusing on the sustainable improvement of productivity, inventory reduction, health and safety, delivery performance, cost reduction and training and development of operations employees
Participate on financial reviews on Grupe Level
Develop and maintain budgets for direct, indirect and support function employees, operating expenses, and capital projects
Ensure an appropriate awareness of financial objectives and concerns at all levels of operations employees is maintained
Design plans and processes improvement to enable the business to be prepared for future growth
Development of the strategic business plan for the business unit
Responsibility for a long-term view of capacity utilization
Responsibility for the site's P&L and financial results

Employer requirements
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or MBA
Experienced as a plant manager within manufacturing with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a management role to a similar level
Proven leadership experience. Ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization, and to maintain efficient and productive work relationships
Minimum 5 years of operations P&L responsibility, as well as of operational and strategic plant management/operations management experience
Result - oriented with a strong track of performance, cost management and bottom-line orientation
Excellent communication skills and clear focus on business profitability
Excellent people management and motivational skill
Native Polish language and fluent English or French
