Opis stanowiska

Dla naszego klienta z sektora bankowego poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko PMO (Project Management Office)


Do Twoich głównych zadań będzie należeć : 



  • Planowanie, realizacja oraz monitorowanie postępu prac w ramach programu.

  • Budowa, utrzymanie i śledzenie harmonogramów projektowych.

  • Wsparcie w zakresie budżetowania i kontroli kosztów.

  • Identyfikacja, monitorowanie i zarządzanie ryzykami programu.

  • Zarządzanie komunikacją programu – przygotowywanie raportów, prezentacji, notatek, organizacja spotkań i ich dokumentowanie.

  • Organizacja i zarządzanie dokumentacją programu oraz administrowanie witrynami (np.

    SharePoint).


  • Wsparcie procesów raportowania i współpraca z zespołami projektowymi.



Job description

For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of PMO (Project Management Office).


Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of program progress.

  • Developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules.

  • Supporting budgeting and cost control activities.

  • Identifying, monitoring, and managing program risks.

  • Managing program communication – preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes, organizing meetings, and documenting outcomes.

  • Organizing and managing program documentation as well as administering program sites (e.g., SharePoint).


  • Supporting reporting processes and collaborating with project teams.

Wymagane doświadczenie


  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku PMO przy realizacji dużych projektów lub programów (preferowany sektor finansowy lub bankowy).

  • Dobra znajomość narzędzi pakietu Microsoft Office, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Excela, PowerPointa oraz Accessa.

  • Umiejętność logicznego i analitycznego myślenia oraz samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji w codziennej pracy.

  • Dokładność, odpowiedzialne podejście do powierzonych zadań oraz sumienność w ich realizacji.

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (lub w trakcie ostatniego roku studiów) – mile widziane kierunki techniczne, szczególnie z obszaru IT.

  • Zdolność do efektywnej pracy zarówno indywidualnie, jak i w zespole projektowym.

  • Zainteresowanie zarządzaniem projektami i chęć dalszego rozwoju w tym obszarze.

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.


  • Komunikatywność, umiejętność współpracy oraz dobra organizacja pracy.




Mile widziane : 



  • Znajomość środowiska MS SharePoint oraz podstawy pracy z bazami danych.

Experience required


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO role supporting large-scale projects or programs (preferably in the financial or banking sector).

  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools, with particular focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to make independent decisions in day-to-day work.

  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and reliability in task execution.

  • University degree (or in the final year of studies), preferably in a technical field such as IT.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a project team.

  • Interest in project management and motivation to grow in this area.

  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.


 


Nice to have:




  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint environment and basic knowledge of working with databases.
