Passenger Support Specialist with Spanish Language with Relocation to Katowice, Poland

We are looking for a Passenger Support Specialist with Spanish Language willing to relocate to our beautiful city Katowice in Poland.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting passengers,
- Supporting them with travel difficulties,
- Providing information via: incoming calls/chat/e-mail on issues related to baggage, ticket reservations and flight rescheduling as well as handling complaints
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Spanish at minimum B2 level
- English is required for the training and internal communication
- Availability to work from our office in Katowice; we will support you with the relocation and provide a relocation package!
- Communication skills and attitude towards working with people.
- High personal culture and customer orientation
- Ability to use Windows operating system and MS Office
- Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
