We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Onboarding II. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland - hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Completes activities related to the accurate and timely delivery of services on behalf of assigned clients which includes but is not limited to various checks of completeness and accuracy of documentation in place Understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework related to the opened and maintained account’s position Responsible for the completion of tasks and leading engagements across business areas. Identifies trends, provides complex root cause analysis and executes recommendations. Serves as an escalation point for more junior members of the team. May be responsible for assigning the workload and monitoring timeliness and accuracy of its completion. Regularly interacts with clients and internal stakeholders in answering questions and resolving issues regarding regulatory requirements To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (min. B level). At least years of relevant work experience (client onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, cash processing, etc.). Strong understanding of the importance of different regulations and adherence to procedures Experience of using Microsoft Office products, in particular manipulating Excel spreadsheets.
