Position Description
Within the Global Learning and Development Team we are looking for a motivated and engaged working student (20 hours per week) located in Poland.
YOUR ROLE
Accompany the local and global onboarding journey and help us to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Support in launching a global learning management tool (QIALearn) to establish a self-driven learning culture at QIAGEN Support in creating communication material for our global HR community, employees and managers Ensuring proper data maintenance and documentation of L&D initiatives Contributing to feeding our social media channels Support the design of development programs with focus on digitalization and agile working methods Active collaboration with the global HR Learning & Development Group
Position Requirements
YOUR SKILLS
Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business administration, psychology or human resources - related studies First practical experience in the form of internships or student jobs in related field Excellent English language skills (written, oral), German would be a plus Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications Keen interest in learning, people development and digital learning formats Ability to work on various tasks in parallel Team player with strong communication skills, who is dynamic, passionate and full of energy
