Service Desk RPA Maintenance Specialist
Workplace: Katowice
WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
Maintaining, monitoring and supporting Virtual Machines and Platforms Process IT tickets for solutions related service requests or incidents designed mainly in the Microsoft Power Platform, but not limited to Update dedicated software Report activities, runtime and accessibility to Digital Services team Create and maintain digital solutions Communicate, inform and support end users upon dedicated updates Process and analyse error logs
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Fluent in English language Work with dedication and precision independently Basic knowledge and understanding of technical solutions and reports Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook Motivated, flexible and curious - open minded individual A minimum of 1 year of working experience in 1st Line Support in IT Service Desk Understanding of ticket processing Scripting Experience is an added value
