Who You Are

As a UX Designer, you’ll work with researchers, strategists, and other designers to create seamless, human-centered digital experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. You will translate empathic user stories/personas and business requirements into simple, compelling user experiences. You have a strong understanding of human-centered design (HCD) and design thinking principles. You may be required to help educate cross-functional teams about these methodologies through interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and written communication.
What You’ll Do
Roles + Responsibilities
Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, detailed wireframes, UI design, and more.
Lead experience assessments, analyzing user feedback to uncover insights that enhance the user experience.
Be a strong advocate for putting humans at the center of digital experiences that we design for clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
Help plan and conduct user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis.
Inspire the client as well as your team to define and align on a collective vision.
Provide writing and UI support for visual design efforts to create emails, landing pages, and other communication materials.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in user experience, interaction design, and user interaction strategy.
Experience with HCD, design thinking, and generative and evaluative UX research.
Strong hands-on visual design skills with digital enterprise tools, platforms, and systems.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe CC.
An eagerness to learn new skills, share your knowledge, and step outside your comfort zone.
Experience across all phases of the design process, from discovery and design into development and release.
Strategic problem-solving skills and a capacity to distill complex information into meaningful concepts.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of internal and client organizations.
